Wendy, these are interesting sites. The first, Be Health site is hard to know who is sponsoring since they don´t tell us. Som articles look good and you found one on sinuses that could work as a minor review.
The second site is a great patient resrouce site froma major medical school. I would say that the site as a whole could be a maor review site for you, if it has more background on sinuses and other related anatomy-phhyiology.
